All pre-scheduled meetings will take place at W Hoboken in the one-on-one meeting area, and at a designated table. For sponsors with branded tables, all pre-planned and impromptu meetings will take place at the one designated table, avoiding table changing from meeting to meeting.
Meetings are organized by an easy-to-use, online/app meeting manager to ensure event ROI; each attendee can potentially schedule 24+ one-on-one TEX meetings. Meetings are set for 15-minute intervals; if you wish a longer time slot, book several, consecutive 15-minute blocks. You may also request to add multiple people to a meeting.
A branded, dedicated table comes with 4 chairs in the one-on-one meeting area where you can host your C-level meetings.
