Below are the top 3-5 action items we discussed during our CEO Roundtable at TEX NYC June 20.
Topic: The Investment in Network Infrastructure: Who’s Responsible & Where’s the Profit
Description: As hospitals, content providers and other network operators line up to pay hackers to release their data, Cybersecurity Ventures estimates that cybercrime damages will cost the world $6 trillion annually by 2021, up from $3 trillion in 2015. Analysts consider cyber security one of the largest threats for potential disruption of technology and industry growth. This Roundtable will not just list the issues of cyber hacking and content theft, but will strive to enumerate 3-5 ways in which we as an industry can collectively help increase our security in the next twelve months, as we prep for the new reality of a connected world.
